For me, it’s a real privilege and honour to be part of something so special and precious as someone’s wedding. This is precisely the reason why I put heart and soul into making sure that nothing is left to chance. We’ll be there with you every step of the way and we’ll help you plan every shot from your preparations before the ceremony through to the reception and celebration afterwards.
I have always felt that in order to properly capture all of the events during a wedding, the photographer needs to be skilled in many types of photography. For instance, have they got experience shooting indoors with flash, as part of the celebrations on your big day may be in the evening after dinner. Don’t be shy about asking your photographer what experience they have as you only want the best images from the day.
Recently, we have getting asked more and more for photo-journalistic style images and we absolutely love these. We’re always looking for expressions and moments that really capture the atmosphere and it’s these types of shots that tend to provide the best memories of your special day. Journalistic style images tend to look quite timeless and can also look good in a coffee table style of book or even on your screen saver down the track.
